As an online entrepreneur, I own several online e-Commerce stores on a shopping site called Zazzle. My online business has generated over 10 million in revenue. This is only possible because I was intentional with the business decisions I made.
Instead of treating my business as a hobby or only working on it when I felt like it, I intentionally:
- locked in times on my calendar when I would work on my online business and always committed to them
- set measurable monthly goals for my earnings, hours spent working, and number of products posted for sale and social media promotion reviewed them and was accountable for reaching the goals
- took action and made decisions quickly about things that needed to be done in my business, which was crucial to growing it to 7-figures.
You can take these same actions to be intentional in your online business.
Have a Business Mindset Coach
Once you decide to become an online entrepreneur you will have a huge learning curve to become good at your online business. The best decision you can make is to learn from someone who has already accomplished what you want to do. Choose a business and mindset coach who has made mistakes, overcome obstacles, and has become as successful as you want to become.
Learning from a business coach who has succeeded in the online business you want to succeed in is crucial to your success.
Depending on what experience you have had in the past, you may find it difficult or confusing about what mindset to have to be a thriving entrepreneur in the online space.
