COVID-19 has thrown us for a loop. It was something that we could have never imagined, and we were not prepared for the outcome. It has created a world in which we are uncertain and worried about what will come. The way of traditionally living our lives and working in business is drastically changing. We need to learn to not live in fear but adapt, persevere, and survive this time of COVID-19. We need to spread love, and positivity and stay strong and healthy together.
COVID-19: Erase the Feeling of Overwhelm and Panic
Things have definitely gotten a bit nuts in society and to you, the world seems like it’s turning upside down and nothing makes sense. I completely understand and see you. You are not the only one who is feeling a huge sense of overwhelm at the moment. But, during this time you need to avoid falling into a state of confusion, overwhelm, and uneasiness. Even though that’s the easiest and most logical reaction that you will have.
I know it is easier said than done, but it is truly unhealthy and will put you in a state of perpetual panic. But Erase those thoughts right now. Right now you need to be grounded. You need to be focused and show up for yourself one hundred percent.
Show Up For Your Future Self and Don’t Let COVID-19 Dictate Your Success
Even in tough times, you need to take action for your future. You need to put things into place to build what’s to come next in your life. Even in uncertain times and when you think things cannot get any worse. Because this is when it matters most.
These are the defining moments. The decisions you make now are the ones that will impact your future self the most. Your future is literally in your hands. And this is why you need to be grounded and know that you can persevere through these tough times.
And I know you can do it because you’re a bad a** boss babe that has the ability to crush it and push through. I know you will make your future self so proud.
Adapt, Persevere, And Survive Through COVID-19 Times As An Online Entrepreneur
In this picture (follow me on Instagram), I’m standing in front of #thatWanakaTree in Wanaka, New Zealand. It is a full-grown willow tree in the middle of the lake. Someone, years and years ago, stuck a willow branch in the ground to create some sort of fence. And then the lake began to move towards the fence. That is a pretty crappy situation for the branch, isn’t it? Could be comparable to the COVID-19 situation that was sprung on us, right?
But the branch took on the challenge and persevered. It beat all odds to adapt to its environment because it had the will to survive. It is now over a hundred years old and stands strong through storms.
Time To Push Forward and Challenge Yourself for the Future
Now we must do the same. We will stand strong and survive COVID-19. You just need to believe in yourself and stay positive and healthy. It is time to take action to ground yourself and prepare for a new future.
